Scholarships

Scholarships are awarded to students who embody the core values of SJASL and contribute positively to the school community. They recognize academic achievement, involvement in school activities, leadership, and students who exemplify SJASL’s Seawolf identities: The Leader, The Explorer, and The Pack.

Scholarships are intended as merit-based awards recognizing academic achievement and student contribution, rather than as financial aid.

As the most affordable IB school on Vancouver Island, families are expected to proceed with enrollment and re-enrollment, based on full tuition commitments.

Scholarship applications are due annually on March 31, and are applied toward the tuition portion of fees and cannot be applied toward new enrollment deposits, re-enrollment deposits, or bussing.

We currently do not offer bursaries or need-based financial assistance, nor do we offer full scholarships that cover the entire cost of tuition.

Scholarships are not guaranteed, and must be applied to annually.
