Step 4: English Language Assessment
(Required for applicants whose first language is not English)

Step 5: Shadow Day
Beginning in mid-February, eligible applicants are invited to attend a Shadow Day—an opportunity to experience life at St. John’s firsthand.
Step 6: Student Interview
Once your application is submitted, our Admissions Team will contact you to schedule a student interview.
Step 7: Admissions Review & Decision
Following the interview and any required assessments or Shadow Day, families will receive an admissions decision via email:

Families have two weeks to accept the offer

Enrollment is secured upon payment of a non-refundable deposit and completion of enrollment forms

We feel that our program may not be the best fit for the student at this time.

Important Notes

An application is considered complete once the application fee is paid and all checklist items are submitted

Local day student applications are reviewed beginning in February, after re-enrollment, Shadow Day, and interview completion

International applications are reviewed on a rolling basis to allow time for travel planning and visa processing

Eligible applicants will be invited to a Shadow Day as part of the process
