Please note: We do not accept International students living at homestays. Should international students live off campus, they must be living with parents or relatives.

Canadian students are defined as students holding a Canadian passport or permanent resident card and who have academic transcripts from a BC school from the last two years.

We also offer a boarding program for Canadian students. For details please inquire to our Admissions team: admissions@stjsl.ca

The Boarding Program fee covers a complete youth development program led by BC teachers, supervision, professional guidance, study hall (4 evenings/week), leadership & service opportunities, shared accommodation (2-4 students/room), daily meals, snacks, bedding and linens, and laundry services.

ADDITIONAL COSTS

Non-refundable Application Fee: $200
Administration Fee: $3,250 (for the school to process forms, student registration fees, technology fees, school supplies, and building maintenance fees)
Incidental Fee: $1,000 (used when students require unexpected costs. Any unused balance of the incidental fee will be refunded after all the student graduation or withdraw from the school)
Medical Insurance: $1,500 (this includes 3 months of Private Insurance followed by the B.C. Medical Services Plan for those on a valid study permit)
The External Custodian Service: $2,000 (provided by ISGC (International Student Guardianship Canada))
Uniform: $1,400 (upgraded uniform package with more uniform pieces. Any additional school uniform items are charged on a per-item basis)
IB Diploma Program Fee: $750 (only for grade 11 and 12)
Graduation Fee: $300 (all grade 12s)
The Airport Pick-up/ Drop-off Fee is included if students’ departure or arrival dates fall in the designated times (if students need additional pick-up or drop-offs, students will be charged accordingly)
Overnight trips and ski trips, co-curricular clubs off-campus are separately charged on participation.
All payments made by credit card will incur a surcharge.
Late Re-enrollment Fee: $1,000 (only applicable for whom missed the regular enrolment deadline on January 31 each year)
